WHCC Dia de los Muertos

On November 7th, Coalinga College dove deep into our heritage for our annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration in the quad.

Students, faculty, and community member dressed up and came out to support this awesome event.  There were many food booths hosted by different campus clubs as well as a cupcake truck.  Clubs and services also created their own alters to be judged during the night.  It was fun for the entire family.  There was face painting and coloring for the children and food and games for the adults.  The night was finished off with local traditional dancers who were amazing.  If you missed out on this years celebration watch for upcoming dates for next year and be sure to come check out the other events our campus has to offer.
