WHCL celebrated Disability Awareness Day with its annual Operation Awareness Day event
WHCL celebrated Disability Awareness Month on October 25 with its annual Operation Awareness Day event.
The event was held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of the WHCL Student Union. It featured food, games and representatives from community groups and organizations, including many organizations offering services for those with disabilities.
WHCL was also honored during the event this year by Assemblymember Rudy Salas' office, who presented a certificate to the DSPS office.
