West Hills Colleges values our veteran students. We help vets navigate through their Mongomery GI benifits, understanding State and Federal Grants, and also offer a unquie Veterans Scholarship through the West Hills Community College Foundation.
Ed Marco Veterans Scholarship
Three annual scholarships in the amount of $1,200 each
- Student must be enrolled full time (15+ units) at any WHC location
- First priority to entering freshman
- Second priority to continuing community college student
- Minimum GPA 2.5
- Student must meet financial need
- Student must complete FASFA application
- Student must provide documentation of military service of at least 4 years
- Student must not qualify or be eligible for GI benefits
- Scholarship does not apply to Active Duty service members
