Golf Tournament on May 27 to Benefit West Hills College Coalinga Athletic Department

It’s May and that means it’s time for the Annual Horned Toad Derby Golf Tournament.

Golfers can now sign up for the annual event, which will be held on May 27 at the Lemoore Golf Course. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the West Hills College Coalinga athletic department.

“The Annual Horned Toad Derby Golf Tournament is a long standing tradition for the West Hills College Coalinga Athletic Department,” said Staci Mosher, WHCC Softball Head Coach and interim athletic director. “It is a fun way to gain support from the community for the entire Athletic student body who are pursuing goals of academic success here at West Hills College Coalinga. The proceeds go towards the purchase of many different items to help improve our athletic programs.”

The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. The cost for registration is $100 per individual and $400 per team and covers green fees, a golf cart and lunch. The opportunity to become a tee sponsor is also available for $150 or a cart sponsor for $250.

For more information or to sign up, contact Staci Mosher at (559) 934-2501 or Gina Jason at (559) 934-2452.

All checks should be made payable to West Hills Community College Foundation, with HTD Golf Tourney in the memo line.
