An art exhibition featuring works produced by West Hills College Coalinga students will be held at the Rodney B. Fitch Library on the WHCC campus from May 7 to May 11.
An opening reception is set for May 7 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the library lobby. The public is welcome to attend.
The art exhibit will be available to view during the library’s regular hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
“The WHCC 2018 Annual Student Art Exhibition is a juried exhibit showcasing the creative achievements of the WHCC students while enrolled in a variety of art studio and history courses for the entire academic year,” said WHCC Art Instructor Melissa Holsonbake. “Various works on display include two-dimensional and three-dimensional designs, ceramics, basic and intermediate drawings, and beginning, intermediate, and advanced paintings. Artworks may be available for purchase. The public is welcome!”
