West Hills College Lemoore (WHCL) serves students in Armona, Avenal, Cantua Creek, Hanford, Kettleman City, Lanare, Lemoore, Lemoore Naval Air Station, Riverdale, Three Rocks, Santa Rosa Rancheria, Stratford, and neighboring rural communities. WHCL offers in-person and online courses, dual enrollment in local high schools, and noncredit classes at Kings Rehabilitation Center.

Leadership at WHCL is a hands-on, multiple-hats experience guiding deeply committed administrators, staff, and faculty. Rural education thrives on collaboration, effective operations, and caring relationships. Rural college presidents are educators who advocate for their underrepresented communities. The West Hills College Lemoore President will engage with the community, and represent the College as an economic hub.

WHCL community members expect and will wholeheartedly support a student-centered, transparent, innovative president who, as steward, is action-oriented, transparent, organized, trustworthy, collaborative, and consistently encourages and motivates employee excellence.
