Do you dream of gourmet meals? Do you love cooking and baking? Or are you interested in bartending? West Hills College Lemoore’s Restaurant Management program could be the perfect fit for you! WHCL offers several career specific certificates to prepare you for this exciting field.

Through the West Hills College Lemoore Restaurant Management program, students can earn certificates in specific fields including chef apprentice, culinary and baking arts, pastry and baking arts, dining room service, bartender and beverage management and mixology.

These programs prepare students to become well-trained culinary professionals. The certificates are designed to provide individual, hands-on training, and a foundation of quality service and commitment in preparing individuals for positions within the hospitality industry.


Program Options

Students interested in a creative career in the fast-paced culinary arts and restaurant industry can earn several local certificates and a certificate of achievement through West Hills College Lemoore's Restaurant Management program. 
* This program option is not eligible for federal student aid funding. Students who pursue this program option may seek financial assistance from the California Promise Grant which can help pay for enrollment fees if eligible.
