Our Agriculture Business courses develop and expand students’ knowledge of the activities that are necessary to support agriculture production and manufacturing. In our courses, students will develop knowledge and skills sufficient to gain and hold entry-level jobs in Agriculture Business.
Lemoore offers two options to prepare you for a career in Ag business:
- Ag Sales and Marketing is an 15-unit, two semester Certificate of Achievement designed to give students skills in communication, computer applications, ecommerce and sales-relationship building. Students are placed in internships to put their learning into practice before they complete their certificate.
- Agriculture AS is a 60-unit, four semester program that leads to Bachelor's Degree options at universities.
Students in Agriculture Business courses also have opportunities to achieve industry certifications in a variety of computer applications.
