Tasting Tuesday: Egg Salad Sliders

I know what you’re thinking, and the answer is yes you really can turn any sandwich into a slider! This time were talking egg salad. It’s cheap and simple to make, and literally only takes four ingredients if you don’t count the salt and pepper. Plus, it’s another staple recipe that you can add ANYTHING to, to change it up, so you’ll never get bored of it!

Ingredients:
  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 8 mini hamburger buns or brioche buns sliced in half
Instructions:
  1. Place the boiled eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and relish and gently fold through until well mixed.
  3. Divide the egg salad between the rolls.
  4. Serve at once or keep the salad in the refrigerator until you're ready to use.

You can spruce up this incredibly simple recipe with a slice of your favorite cheese or a dash of hot sauce. Use avocado instead of mayonnaise, or add fresh or dried herbs to elevate your flavors! Change up the bread or rolls you use or throw your egg salad on a toasted bagel or English muffin! With any combination of these variations, the possibilities are endless!
