Transfer Studies

The Transfer Studies program at West Hills College Coalinga is designed to prepare students for transfer to in-state universities and is a required component of any Associate Degree for Transfer program (AA-T, AS-T). The courses offered within the program satisfy most university lower-division General Education requirements. We award two different certificates within the Transfer Studies program, both equally designed to help you succeed in your future educational endeavors.

We award two different Certificates of Achievement within our Transfer Studies program, both of which are designed to be transferable to a four-year college or university within the state of California.

* This program option is not eligible for federal student aid funding. Students who pursue this program option may seek financial assistance from the California Promise Grant which can help pay for enrollment fees if eligible.
