Agriculture Science Technology

The vision of West Hills College’s Agriculture Science Technology program is to create a national model of agricultural education. Specializing in integrated food, fiber and environmental systems, from production to consumption, our program emphasizes sustainable agriculture in partnership with resources throughout the San Joaquin Valley and the world.

Students enrolled in the West Hills College Coalinga Agriculture Science Technology program will study at the WHCC Farm of the Future, which sits on 213 acres and provides students majoring in agriculture a real world physical lab setting.

Program Options

Choose from an Associate of Science (AS) degree or Local Certificate within our Agriculture Science Technology program. AS degrees are designed for students planning to transfer to a four-year college or university, while all certificates are non-transferable. Be advised, not all credits may be transferable.
