On Febuary 1st, our Coalinga College Campus hosted an event sponsored by Univision where students were able to receive help with their FASFA forms and to ensure that they were able to get the most out of their financial aid.
Students from all over the valley came to campus to recieve help. There was plenty of food, drinks, and candy to be enjoyed as well as free t-shirts and school supplies from the I Can Afford College Team. If you missed out on this awesome event be sure to keep your eyes out for a last chance FAFSA event they are planning, and do not forget that even if you do not think the FAFSA is necessary, you could be missing out on free money to help with your college expenses.
