On October 13th, Coalinga College’s Rodeo Team hosted a fundraiser roping at the school rodeo grounds.
People from all over the state of California as well as some of our current Falcon Rodeo Team members came to compete in the breakaway roping and team roping. It was a fantastic day of laughs and strong competition. West Hills very own, Mckenna Wood, won the breakaway roping and placed third in the team roping. The Rodeo Team was also able to have a great day making money to help support the program. Be sure to come out and watch their next fundraiser roping scheduled on November 2nd.
