North District Center, Firebaugh hosted an event for Valentine’s Day called Cupid’s Party. The party was thrown by the SSS/TriO Club.
Many Firebaugh Center students attended. Refreshments were provided and a raffle with great prizes. The prizes included gift cards for local restaurants and coffee shop and was a fundraiser for SSS/TriO. Sylvia Leyva and the club members from TRiO Club helped her set up for this event.Students also got to learn about EOPS. Alicia Rocha had a table set up for EOPS for any students that qualify for a grant.
Cupid’s Party was a great success!
