You may be asked to change your current password. If so please meet the following requirements when doing so:
- Be at least 8 characters long.
- Contain 3 of the following 4 categories:
- Uppercase Letter
- Lowercase Letter
- Number
- Symbol (only ! $ and #) - others will cause problems with the portal email web part.
- You cannot use a previous password, but you can add something to a previous password.
- Password cannot contain any part of the username.
Scheduled Maintenance:
We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the first Saturday of every month from 8:00 am until 4:00pm. All systems may be unavailable during that time.
All technology systems will be unavailable this Saturday, June 1 from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm. We will be performing major system upgrades. This means you will not be able to access westhillscollege.com, MyWestHills, MyCourses, Ellucian (Datatel) or your West Hills College email. Please plan accordingly.
