POSITION TITLE: Educational Intervention for Autism TUTOR

POSITION SUMMARY: An EIA Tutor works one on one with children implementing the Behavioral Plan(BP) designed and maintained by the EIA Supervisor and gather quantifiable behavioral data necessary for the EIA Supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of the (BP) in achieving identified goals and objectives. An EIA Tutor may not conduct behavioral evaluations, establish a child’s (BP), or bill independently for services provided by Maxim Healthcare Services. Provides service in accordance with Maxim philosophy, standards, and policies.

RESPONSIBLE TO: General Manager/Account Manager

EIA Supervisor (BCBA)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Complies with the accepted professional standards and practices
Current CPR

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Maintains patient confidentiality at all times
Performs duties, as assigned, in a accurate and timely manner
Maintain open Communication to the Supervisor as needed
Adheres to standards and procedures of Maxim Healthcare Services
Represents Maxim Healthcare Services with a positive image at all times
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the client

THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS LOCATED IN LEMOORE

ASSISTANTS, ASSOCIATE TEACHRS, AND TEACHERS

All candidates must be 18 years old. High school graduates, or has a G.E.D. The candidate must be able to pass finger prints and TB test (paid for by WHCL). All position includes paid holidays, sick time and vacation time.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

ASSISTANTS – A minimum of 6 units in Child Development. Starting pay is $9.28 an hour

ASSOCIATE TEACHER – 12 units of Child Development, 9 of these units need to be in the following course. Child/Family and Society, Child Development and Program Curriculum. Starting pay is $10.91 an hour. In addition to vacation, sick and holiday pay.

TEACHER – 24 units in Child Development, 16 units in general studies and/or you’re AA in Child Development. Starting pay $13.80 an hour. In addition to hourly wages you will also be given vacation, sick and holiday pay.

ASSISTANT TEMPORARY POSITIONS: If you enjoy working with young children and do not meet the educational requirements as stated above for the assistant position we have a few temporary positions available. These positions pay minimum wages and do not include vacation, sick or holiday pay.
