1.  Application for VA Education Benefits (VA form 22-5490)

 

2.  Apply to West Hills College – online

 

3. Obtain the following Veterans Dependent Packet at the WHC Lemoore Veterans campus office or print the forms here:

• Veterans Office Application
• Veterans General Information
• Veterans Check List
• Memorandum of Understanding

4. Make appointment with V.A. Counselor/Advisor call (559) 925-3215 VA Extension or (559) 925-3341 Monique Suter

    Your appointment should include:
    1) Classes 2) SEP 3) 826 Form

    NOTE:  You cannot be certified for G.I. Benefits without seeing Gary Sedgwick or Susie Briones

5. Request all transcripts from other institutions (if applicable).

    Official transcripts must be sealed.

6. Assessment/Placement Test – ASAP- Please call Monique Suter at (559) 925-3215 or (559) 925-3341.

    Dates and Times – online

• Exemptions English & Math Class completed at another college. Need transcripts or grade sheet for class placement

7. Class schedule for appropriate classes

1) Major classes 2) General Education or Prerequisite classes
