Veterans campus office or print the forms here:
5. Make appointment with V.A. Counselor/Advisor call (559) 925-3215 VA Extension or (559) 925-3312 Fidela Byars
Your appointment should include:
1) Classes 2) SEP 3) 826 Form
NOTE: You cannot be certified for G.I. Benefits without seeing Gary Sedgwick or Susie Briones
6. Copy of your DD-214
7. Request SMART transcripts or AARTS transcripts
Request all transcripts from other institutions (if applicable).
Official transcripts must be sealed.
