Talent Search at West Hills College has objectives that relate directly to the needs of eligible students and to the purposes of the Talent Search Program, described in the Higher Education Act of 1965 (Section 402B):a)"identifying and encouraging eligible youth and young adults to complete secondary school and undertake a program of post secondary education, b)publishing the availability of financial assistance for students who pursue these programs, and c) encouraging qualified persons who have completed secondary or post secondary programs to re-enter such programs." |
