ETS is a federally funded program sponsored by the United States Department of Education. It was created in 1965 and it was designed to encourage the use of federal aid in post secondary education.The primary focus of Talent Search is to increase college access among low-income youth and first generation college bound. Two-third's of our participant's must meet this criteria. The remaining one-third need not meet the low income or first generation criteria. West Hills College ETS program targets students from area middle schools and high schools.
