1.  Applications for West College Lemoore can be completed on line at:

     admissions application. (link coming soon)

2.   You may file for disability services (DSPS) by coming in to the

     Administration Building to see a Counselor or complete the on-line

     eligibility process.

3.  On-line process: (coming soon)

• Complete the DSPS application form
• Complete the DSPS intake form
• Complete the on-line orientation
• Print the last page indicating you completed the on-line orientation

4.  Make an appointment with your DSPS Counselor when your required

     documents have been received by the DSPS Department, you will be

     contacted to arrange a counseling appointment, or you may call

     (559) 925-3330 to schedule an appointment.
