ConAp
ConAP, a joint program between the Army and West Hills College, admits new soldiers to the college at the same time they enlist in the Army or Army Reserve.  Army Recruiters refer new soldiers to the college.  Eligible soldiers are admitted, either on full or provisional basis. 

ConAp Goals
To increase the number of soldiers, veterans and reservists enrolled in college.  In addition, to provide the active duty servicemember the capability to use their GI Bill education benefits.
