What does IHC mean?
It means  International Heritage Club. The purpose of the club is to provide cultural events and education to the students of West Hills College Lemoore. The diverse backgrounds of IHC members and their heritage enhance West HIlls College Lemoore diverse student population throughout the campus.

 
Members of IHC focus on enhancing student activities with their performance in cultural and unique skits and dances that promote cultural activities such as "Dia De Los Muertos, Dia De Indepencia (September 16), Mexican Mother's Day, Las Posada, and many other Mexican celebrations as well as environmental issues that affect farm workers and their culture. IHC members are also ambassadors in representing WHC Lemoore to promote a positive environment and promotion of the college and the importance of education within their culture during special events.

Membership:
 
Membership shall not be restricted to anyone wishing to join. Member of IHC will be voted into office every fall semester of every year. There will not be any dues paid by members.
 
Members will consist of both male and female member whom attend West Hills College Lemoore.
 
Officers must maintain an 2.5 GPA and members must maintain a 2.0 GPA.
 
Officers consist of a President, Vice-President/Costume Director, Business Manager and Secretary.
