The Chef Apprentice certificate is part of the The Career Technical Education (CTE)
academies at West Hills College Lemoore.  The CTE Academies provides a are a series of technical courses that are sequenced in a student-friendly format and specifically designed to prepare you for a job in the workforce.

The The Chef Apprentice certificate at West Hills College Lemoore prepares students in becoming a well-trained culinary professional. The culinary certificate is designed to provide individual, hands-on training, and a foundation of quality service and commitment in preparing individuals for positions within the hospitality industry. 

In addition to our Chef Apprentice  Academy, West Hills College Lemoore assists students as they prepare to enter the workforce through our Workforce Internship and Networking (WIN) Center. The WIN Center prepares students for interviews, finds students internships, and connects students with jobs after academy completion.
