On April 12, the WIN Center held a Biz Chat with our West Hills athletic trainer Lacy Hatfield. It was very Informative for the students who are interested in becoming an athletic trainer. An Athletic Trainer is the first responders when there’s an accident at a sporting event. They know how to treat the player's injury as well as calm them down. The industry of athletic training is expanding very rapidly and many businesses are in need of athletic trainers.
Athletic training is also not only in sports. Companys like Coke, Boeing, Cirque du Soleil, universities, high schools, professional teams, as well as Police departments, fire department, and military academy are now starting to need athletic trainers.
