If you have played for West Hills College in the past year of you still need to Click Here and fill out a recruitment form so that we can plan for next years team. If you have any questions contact Coach Fortune. Also make sure and fill out your FASFA online. Also for more scholarships you can create a profile at FASTWEB and they will match your profile with scholarships you are qualified for.

West Hills Men's Soccer program will be at work in the second nine weeks of classes. If you are interested in playing for the Men's Soccer team next fall you are encouraged to enroll in this class. Summer Soccer is also encouraged as we will be going over our system and work on soccer specific conditioning. Feel free to contact the coaching staff with any questions.

Lemoore Youth Soccer Players

West Hills Men's Soccer Players and Coaches will be starting Small group Training for Youth Players. These groups will be based on age and groups will consist of a maximum of 6 players per coach.

These sessions will work with athletes to increase technical skills: Dribbling, Trapping, Shooting, as well as soccer fundamentals like defensive stance, proper passing technique, and working as a second defender.

This is NOT a soccer camp but a 1 hour training a week to give players focused attention to improve skills that will help them on their soccer teams!

Space is limited, ages 6 and up.

Eagles Fall to the #5 Team in the Nation
Friday the 13th was a dark day for the Eagles as they battled for a share of the Central Valley Conference title. The Eagles came out strong with two clear chances vs the Rams of Fresno City but were unable to capitalize. The Rams were given a free kick 25 yards from the Eagles goal and took advantage with an incredible shot that went over the 5 man wall and off the inside of the far post for a 1-0 lead. The game went back and forth with both keepers making great saves on corner kicks from opposing teams that were almost sure to find the back of the net. At half the game stayed at 1-0 but shortly after the second half started Fresno slipped behind the defense of the Eagles and scored to go up 2-0. Having to win the Eagles pushed several players forward trying to get the goals back but were unable to score on their chances. Late in the second half after the Eagles made a late push the Rams were able to counter attack and score on a late far post run, ending the Eagles thoughts of a conference championship.

For the Eagles it is now a waiting game to see where they fall in the playoff race. This information should be available on the afternoon of November 17th. Their first playoff game will be 2pm but it is not sure if the Eagles will host or be on the road. Stay tuned and thanks for your support.
