English Instructors will help you get involved and understand how to become better readers and writers.
We will guide you on how to start writing papers or how to comprehend what you are reading in your classes.
We can give you non graded practice using software, Internet, or handouts to improve your skills.
We have 24 new computers, a new printer, dictionaries, grammar handbooks, and instructors willing to help you. See the schedule to find out which instructor is in the lab.
The English Lab is an academic lab only, so you are guaranteed to find other students who want to learn.
We are closed for the summer session.
An English Lab referral form should be completed by a teacher or counselor. Students who
utilize the English Lab will also be enrolled in NC 100 Supervised Tutoring. There is no cost
and no grades are submitted.
We are only open when there is an instructor in the classroom.
