Fine dining in Europe, winemaker dinners in some of California’s premier winemaking regions and classes at West Hills College Lemoore all come together under the guidance of Chef Christian Raia, who brings a wealth of background and connections to his job as head of the WHCL culinary program.

Culinary students are part of the Restaurant Management program at WHCL. A series of certificates allows students to specialize or and earn a certificate (locally approved, currently under review at state level), associate degree or prepare to transfer to four-year university culinary programs. Certificates include: Bartender and Beverage Management, Mixologist, Dining Room Service & Management, Culinary & Bakery Arts and Chef Apprentice.
