Paul and Holly Blair are pleased to announce the arrival of Ava Margaret Blair who was born on Saturday, March 22 at 6:11AM.  She was 7lbs 14oz and 21 inches long.  Eva joins big brothers Wesley and Christian.

On, Monday, March 24 at 7:41 p.m., West Hills College Coalinga ASB President Robert Wallace and his wife, Susan, welcomed a healthy baby boy, Keith Eugene Wallace.  He weighed 7lbs, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. This is the Wallace’s first boy. They have four daughters Amber (2), Jordan (3), Stephanie (7) and Deborah (14).

 

Congratulations to Dr. Carole Goldsmith, who is director of workforce programs for West Hills and was recognized recently by the Association of Community and Continuing Education, an organization of California community colleges, for the difference she is making in the lives of students. The Mariann Loniello Award was presented to Dr. Goldsmith at a recent conference in Palm Springs. Named in honor of one of the founding forces of ACCE, the award recognizes those individuals who are a driving force for economic development.
