Hello West Hills Community College District employee,

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Felicia Torrez and I am the new editor of the monthly employee newsletter.  I joined the West Hills Marketing Department on Aug. 10, 2007, and have enjoyed everyday since.   

A little bit more about myself… I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in marketing.  I am from Visalia and currently reside there.  Away from work, I enjoy sports(gotta love them Cowboys and of course Spartans), listening to all types of music, and spending time with my family and friends too.   

My goal, as the editor of this newsletter, is to keep the employees of West Hills Community College District interested and informed.   While the layout of the employee newsletter has changed, nothing else has.  Each month our district directors will be asked to submit information for their departments.  All readers are encouraged to also submit information as well--birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and any other good news can be submitted for a mention in the newsletter.  Dr. Gornick will also continue to answer your questions.
