NATP/CNA applications may be downloaded below or picked up at the Coalinga Health Careers Building L, during office hours. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM. All applications MUST be completed in their entirety prior to submitting.
All applications need to be verified with the Coalinga Health Careers Office Staff. The application verification process typically takes 20 minutes.
Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
Applicants must already be admitted to West Hills College (WHC).
- Visit www.westhillscollege.com to apply for admissions or contact the WHCC Student Services Office at (559) 934-2300 if not currently a WHC student.
- Verify WHC Student ID #, Student Email Address, and password (required for application).
Applications must be completed, in their entirety, or you will be asked to return it upon completion. An incomplete application may result in the inability to start the program.
You will be provided background check and drug clearance information upon receipt of your completed application. Do not independently try to complete a background check or drug screen without contacting our office or following the directions provided to you by our program.
If you are having difficulty locating a course to complete BLS/CPR for Health Care Providers, please call 1-800-AHA-USA1 (1-800-242-8721).
- Uniform/Supplies: Royal Blue Scrubs, Second Hand Watch, Stethoscope, blood pressure cuff and all white shoes (must be completely white/no cloth material). The uniform/supplies are required and the responsibility of the student to obtain after being accepted into the NATP/CNA Program.
